Admirals cove 2/2 Harbor Home converted to a 3/2 with a modern contemporary flair. Wood look tile on all main floors, mosaic laundry room, all quartz countertops, Thassos Marble throughout the master bathroom and glass tile and saw grasss wallpaper in the jack and Jill. The Owners spared no expense on the state of the art appliances and furniture transforming this harbor home in the talk of the neighborhood.

Beach Side 2/2 on Singer Island, entire house gutted inside, new masonry walls, impact windows and doors, wood look tile, master bathroom overhaul, gives this property a fantastic modern beach vibe!

From the ground up, we managed this project for Urban Building Concepts for a customer needing a little more space to store his RV in during season.

We managed this project for Urban Building Concepts. This beachy, 2/2 condo in Juno Beach. With views of the ocean from their balcony, this kitchen and bathroom had a complete overhaul.

This 10,000 sf estate home was remodeled by Urban Building Concepts with our support for project management. This 2 story home in the Bears Club was modernized, opening up the sitting area, adding massive steel columns and beams to open it up and carry the load of the 2nd floor. Venetian plaster, new engineered wood flooring, fixtures, coffered ceilings, there was nothing held back on this remodel.
