The Antebi Contracting Group Difference

As a small and focused remodeling and custom home building firm, we understand the importance of quality building.  Antebi Contracting group was founded in 2019 with the intention of helping our clients navigate through the murky South Florida waters of contracting.  Since then we’ve made it a point to stay actively involved in the contracting community.  

A majority of contractors spend a large portion of their time selling themselves. But at Antebi Contracting Group, we spend majority of our time on-site, meticulously overseeing our projects. The subcontractors we work with know the Contractor will be on-site daily and are expected to deliver the highest quality product.

At Antebi Contracting Group, perfection is not just an idea, but a creedo to which we continually strive. Our daily quality control methods and attention to detail ensure your remodel or new home will meet all of your expectations.

Our Leadership

Every company needs a great leader and ours is no exception. The Principle Owner,  is Larry Antebi. With over 10 years and thousands of hours of building experience, Larry has developed a team of professionals that maintain incredibly high standards. Each of us, including Larry, are continuously educating ourselves, brainstorming and finding new ways to deliver the highest quality remodels and custom homes for the homeowner.

Our Process

At the beginning of the project, our team meets with you either on-site at the project, or by video-conference. 

This is the time for getting to know you and your vision. We discuss any specific needs you may have, establish priorities, review the budget, and develop an estimated timetable. We strive to be as accurate as possible when establishing a budget and request bids from subcontractors we trust. This way, your project can begin with the most complete specifications possible.

The next step of the process is assigning your project to an Antebi Contracting Group project manager.

During the building phase, our Residential Contractor visits construction sites daily for quality assurance while your Project Manager keeps your budget and job on target. They guide you through the selections of your interior and exterior finishes as well as coordinate the work of subcontractors. You can expect your Project Manager to stay in near-constant communication with you and can always be easily reached.

When construction is complete, you can rest easy that your home has passed all city and county building inspections and a builder and factory warranty is in place.   All equipment and appliances are tested, and together we comb through your new home to ensure the highest quality possible. 

To maintain your home, Antebi Contracting Group offers customizable maintenance packages to keep your home in like-new condition and to protect your investment for years to come.
